- The facility is fine for my needs. Customer service was exceptional. My ONLY criticism is the gates are difficult to open. One iron gate, after opening, swung back and hit me in the nose. They need to be attended to so as to not have that happen again. The facility reference is on Parris Island Gateway across from the very large Bible Church.

I have two units on the second floor both with items that cannot be easily moved up and down fire escape stairs. Initially the elevator was down for several weeks. More recently service is interrupted from time-to-time.
