When I tried going inside office to see about purchasing one of your moving box kits the door was locked. It was before closing and I looked around to find someone but never did see anyone. I ended up going to U-Haul to purchase a moving kit. It was inconvenient since I had to go to another place to purchase something I could have gotten them while I was there.

Not what you are renting at all. Lot floods in rain. They lie, they overbill, they charge you a late fee and send warning notice when you are on autopay!! - I needed 2 units pick this one. Drove 7 hours to get there. Ms Sonya was there and was wonderful. After several hours of work it was done. Ms Sonya took the time to talk to us explained everything and then she give us directions to go get gas drop off u haul and where our hotel was.She was great what an asset to that company.I strongly advise anyone needing storage check her place out. Clean plenty of carts cameras what more could you ask for.
