- The facility is very secure with several cameras and coded gates. It is clean and bright with new paint. The customer service staff onsite were very friendly and helpful, recognized I was in a hurry at my sign-up appointment and did everything possible to speed up the process. My only complaint is what appears to be a disconnect between corporate and local. I changed my original move in date but continued to get emails with that date and never got confirmation of the change despite multiple emails and voice messages/calls specifically requesting confirmation. The day before move in, it became obvious to me the change wasn't made in the system, despite staff trying to hide that. They did accommodate and I was able to move in but, what if the unit had been given away? I would have been in a mess!
