- This storage company is the best place to rent storage. The property is taken care of the units are clean and I have never had any Problems with bugs are rodents. The property Manager goes out of her way to take care of everything you need. The security is one of the best I have every seen. The gate operating system recognize your phone and opens when you pull up to the gate. That helps a lot on raining days! I have been renting from them for over 5 years and yes the rates go up every so often but not much. They give you a 30 days notice and if they go up it's not much. I recommend this place to everyone. Just remember they fill up fast so if you need storage or parking call then right. You won't regret it.

- Professional management of the spaces and in setting up contract. Mgr. was incredibly personable and greeted us with a bottle of cold water. He also honored all online deals and discounts advertised, thoroughly went through the contract process, and showed us around and gave us a dolly to move. These units are humidity controlled. I actually felt the temperature drop when we entered the unit area. That's super important here in the Charleston, SC area. Glad we found Universal Storage Solutions.

The rates and specials are awesome enough that anyone can afford to give them a try. Please NOTE the promotions require you to pay the promo duration upfront. The call center is friendly but slightly causes confusion with communication to site location. Overall the pros exceed the cons and GM definitely sealed the deal for me. -more lights at nice for late movers -bigger trash bin... it's always full nice security! -you need wi-fi for business clients very important especially when you can't get service in the building

- I was charged all kinds of fees that are pending against my account that I was assured by the manager would not be charged to my account unless needed because I did not comply. I was also charged for a lock when I had my own and was told that would be credited back to me as well. It’s been four days and still no credit but yet they charge me for things that I should not have been charged for. Tried to speak with manager she’s out sick asked to speak to area manager and the representative that put all these charges on my account refused to give me his name or number and said that she told him yesterday to call me but have not heard from either him or the manager . Meanwhile my account has all these charges against them which is preventing me from paying other things that I need to pay and can’t because they’re tying up my money! Cannot find a phone number for corporate and cannot get information to call area manager, I guess it’s a secret and he doesn’t want to handle any disputes ! Not happy they are liars!

- Michael was very helpful and courteous. The only thing that disappointed me was the size and price of what I needed. What I saw on line that compared what I had to store to the space needed had to be doubled (in size and price) when I got to the physical location. The false advertisement made me choose this location. Although I may recommend it because of Michael, I would caution the person in the above area.
