- This facility is generally good and staff are courteous and helpful. Historically, there has been a problem with the elevator. I have two units on the second floor both with items that cannot be easily moved up and down fire escape stairs. Initially the elevator was down for several weeks. More recently service is interrupted from time-to-time.

- I had not moved in 25yrs & everything had to go into storage so I found the closest one. I didn't realize how wonderful the employees of this place are! Laura & her staff really went out of their way to help. I needed a new code for the gate & my locks changed & she did everything I needed in stride! They acted like it was nothing but it truly was something for me especially considering I didn't even know my code or how to open my unit! They met me at my unit to help with all of it! Overall I couldn't have asked for anything more! She, Laura, took care of everything I needed, everything! My Thanks to all!!
