- Just moved in, so haven’t had lot of time in the facility. Easy access and great location for me, close to I-85. Had questions after e-rental, and property manager Diane was very nice. Gave 4 stars on cleanliness because bathrooms weren’t stocked with soap or toilet paper, but again, I just started using the facility. Side note, can’t get app to unlock door for some reason.

- This storage unit check off everything I was looking for. My only complaint would be that they were unable to provide a dolly to wheel heavy items through the indoor unit building. I was told it had been stolen and they had not replaced it. So we had to carry a washing machine and dryer by hand into the unit. Otherwise, I’m very happy with the service I received. Especially with how difficult coordination with other companies has been during the pandemic.
