Maybe you haven't opened some of those boxes for years but that doesn't make your property any less valuable. Prime Storage provides a secure, clean place for your valuable property. The staff is there to help during regular business hours and they perform regular security checks throughout the day. There are ample heavy-duty loading carts and you can purchase locks or use your own. I feel confident that the business equipment and personal items I stored are safe, and secure, and will be there when I need. Oh... and I nearly forgot. Prime Storage was $30 less than their closest competitor! Seems like when I walked into Prime Storage I stumbled on a great deal. I couldn't recommend them any higher.

- Ellis went above and beyond for me and I’d bet he’s the PRIME reason y’all probably have so many happy customers! Communication is top notch, facility is spicknspan clean, efficient online processing and payment, same day move-in, good window of time to access belongings, I’d find it hard for anyone to ever say anything negatively about Ellis or this Prime Storage location/business. Made this Texan feel right at home and part of the SC family!

- By far the worst storage unit experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve had several. For my FIRST visit, my code didn’t work for the gate when I arrived at the facility. I called the number on the building and before I could get someone on the phone, another customer rolled up and was nice enough to let us in. Customer service kept asking if I was at the right location, despite us BOTH confirming it multiple times. She argued with me about a temporary lock being on the door, and I eventually hung up because I was wasting time arguing with her rather than unpacking my things. When it was time I leave a called customer service again & after trying 3 or 4 new codes and confirming over and over again I was at the right place, they eventually said there was nothing they could do to let us out. At this point I’m obviously livid and my friend had to take the phone. She had to literally raise hell just to get a code that actually worked. I’ll be moving my things first chance I get to a storage unit that actually has reliable customer service. My things have been in the unit for 2 weeks and is already covered with stink bugs. I guess that’s easy to happen when there are literally zero employees at the facility. Only giving two starts because the kiosk and internet reservations were very user friendly and easy to navigate.

- Service was great and facility pretty clean. The 10' x 30' storage unit I got required two locks, but isn't it so convenient that they just so happen to sell them in the office. Can get one for $20 or a two pack for almost $30. I reserved the climate controlled unit and inside temps were acceptable, though still pretty warm for me. Felt to be in the upper 70's inside, though better than the 90's outside in June.
