I decided to store my RV here again, and I am very irritated at the new bait-and-switch pricing. When I reserved online, the stated rate was $53 a month. When I moved my RV in and officially did all the paperwork at the office, I was informed that my rate of $53 a month would be for 3 months, then it can double randomly. That is not a good business practice. If they did not do this sketchy bait and switch pricing, this place would have 5 stars.

- I was using two smaller units at this place. Both were clean and easy to use. However, I am now moving into a much bigger unit there, and it's not very nice at all. The door bolt was frozen shut. Had to beat on it to get it open. It was not swept out, nails sticking out of the walls everywhere. And there are three holes drilled into the outside wall. This makes it easy for mice and other vermin to get into the unit. Not pleased with this one but I needed it for its size. Thst has changed my mind about recommending this place. I believe they rented it to me and never even took the time to see if it needed cleaning or other maintenance.

- I had never used a storage space before and Susan led me thru the whole process so patiently. And since at my age, 88, I needed help moving additional items to storage she offered to help and send someone to take my additional items. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that as it was difficult for me. She sent her delightful daughter who took everything to storage for me and was extremely helpful and made me feel so cared for. I would recommend this storage facility to everybody - and I will always be indebted to Susan and her daughter for their understanding and compassion.
