- I have stored my RV at this facility before and had no problems at all. Safe, good location, friendly staff. Also, the price stayed the same. I decided to store my RV here again, and I am very irritated at the new bait-and-switch pricing. When I reserved online, the stated rate was $53 a month. When I moved my RV in and officially did all the paperwork at the office, I was informed that my rate of $53 a month would be for 3 months, then it can double randomly. That is not a good business practice. If they did not do this sketchy bait and switch pricing, this place would have 5 stars.

- I have had a storage unit here for several years. My rent has gone up so many times. I have had two increases within a one year time frame. I am paying more for my unit than what units the same size are currently going for. I have tried several times to speak to someone about my rent amount, no luck, can't get anyone to have a conversation. I am told there is no one who can help. If I didn't have so much stuff in my unit I would take everything out. Also, bugs, a big problem since SpareBox took over. We have had to bomb our unit so many times!
