- Wonderful experience with the associates at the Folly Road Storage units. They were extremely courteous and helpful. The sales department you get initially when you call the main number was not so much however. I talked to two different people and not once was I informed of the discount offered if I reserved a unit online. They were more interested in getting the higher sale it seemed. Had it not been for the fantastic help I got at the actual location, I may not have rented from them.
