- When I reserved with SpareFoot, it was clear the monthly rate was $95/mo plus an initial $15 fee, plus the first full month would be free. When I arrived to park my travel trailer, Pamela at Aiken Storage insisted the rate was $125/mo and that there is no way they would ever rend the space for $95/mo. I clarified what the reservation clearly stated. I was also assured by SpareFoot, that I would receive a 10% seniors discount after the first full paid month. With much angst from Aiken Storage, it was finally agreed that it would be $95/mo but the 10% senior's discount will not be honored. It would appear there needs to be better coordination between SpareFoot and Aiken Storage so that both are on the same page. What could have been a very positive experience got off completely on the wrong foot, and needlessly so. For that reason, I would not recommend this facility

- I am puzzled. I understood on Dec 7 or 8 that the A57 10x15 would be in a climate controlled building. Getting there, we found it to be an outside unit like many of the others. I was told by a rental neighbor (customer) that the only climate control units are the "E"s (am also renting a 2nd unit there) and the "F"s.
