- The entire month of September 2020 I couldn’t move anything from my unit because the elevator was broken. It is where I store ALL of my fall/ Halloween/ Christmas decor. It was very frustrating that I couldn’t get answers from anyone. The gates in and out of the facility are always broken. I never feel safe going there myself. There are always people lurking and sitting in their units. If there was another facility close to me I would definitely move.
