I called the Nazareth Self Storage and Kelsey was very nice and answered all our questions. She let us go and look at the facility and at a 6X10 that we were interested in. We were happy when we saw it and booked the following day. I never felt pressured to make a decision. We started in July and hope to have our things stored there for several years.

- The Customer Service person was extremely rude, she even closed the gate doors on my help as we were driving in gates. She wouldn't listen to anything I was saying, keep asking same questions over again. Walked away from me as I was speaking, and even left the room without notifying me. All she was worried about was eating, and when the store closed. Because she wanted to leave. I'm stuck with this company for this month, but I will be looking for another storage place as well. Horrible horrible horrible. That's all I can honestly say.
