- The manager Chris was very pleasant and answered any questions that my husband or myself had. He went through what we would be storing and made sure we selected the correct unit size. Then walked us to our unit to check it out before signing any paperwork. I was extremely happy with my experience and definitely would recommend this storage facility. The only downside is that it was snowing and the parking lot was not salted. There is a good sized Hill that you need to get up when arriving and down when leaving, that wasn't salted. So that was definitely a little scary. But the office and unit was clean and management very helpful and friendly!

- I was able to get a storage space on the spot. It was clean and in a convenient location. Price a little steep and the fact that I HAD to purchase the lock from the facility and purchase insurance whether I wanted it or not. The exit gate is broken and doesn't look like it's going to be fixed anytime soon. The drive way there is very narrow and difficult to turn large vehicles to turn back around to exit is a problem. It would be very good if that gate could be fixed as soon as possible.

- Pricing was good for the unit. Cleanliness of the facility is not bad there are some little mess from other units that was on the floor. Make sure to call before coming to sign lease as there might be anyone there or they may not be available.

- Not only is the place clean, well lit & most importantly clean, but the customer service is top notch. I wasn’t able to get there until close to 3pm in Sunday when the office was closing and the gentleman who helped me, Malcolm, was patient, very nice & very knowledgeable. The storage space I reserved wasn’t large enough so he took his time to help me find one that was.
