- I like the place and the people. The office staff was very friendly. I had a 5x8 with climate control but when I was down sizing I ask for a 5 x5 and was told that it would cost me more for that size. (which did not make sense to me) I am a senior who is on a fixed income and not permitted for medical reason to work even part time so I have to be very careful with the income that I get. I asked two different staff members and got the same answer. I did find another storage place for 1/2 of what I was paying. That is the only reason I left.

- My husband and I scheduled a time with Austin to come in and rent a unit. He showed us several items that really helped protect our fragile items, and the prices were great. He then showed us one of the 5 x 5 units that we requested, but we realized right away it wasn't big enough for what we need. He was great about that change and gladly showed us a 19 x 5, which we rented. Austin is super friendly, professional, respectful, kind....just a great guy! He is an asset to your company. If you haven't noticed, take notice!! He cares about his job and promoting the company and it's products. - I have been with Jen and the crew in Etna for 4 years now and I will never leave. Not only are they awesome to work with, but the facility is easy to get to and get out of right off 28, has a meeting space, and sells supplies. Efficiency is key as time is money...and at StoreXpress in Etna you definitely get your money's worth. Cameras everywhere so nothing goes unnoticed, and if you spend a lot of time in your unit like me you can save yourself from freezing or melting by getting a temp-controlled unit. Changed my life!
