- I went in to look at a Unit first . I was shown the unit the pricing and told about the Climate Control which is an excellent feature keeping your belongings in the same shape as they were when you put them in instead of being outside and things freezing and breaking , insects etc. Did some of the paperwork early so when I moved in it was quick sign papers and provide them with a access code to get in. When I brought my stuff in they provided me with a flat bed dolly to take my items to the Unit. This place was very reasonable and staff kind helpful and professional. I highly recommend this place. You can also get to your unit 6am to 10 pm. Works For Me !

- When I made my reservation, I specified that I DID NOT want an indoor unit. In my experience, indoor units are harder to load/unload and you can't just pull up to the door if you just want to remove a few items. You have to hire a dolly or flatbed cart which is exactly why I wanted an outside unit!!!

- We used Guardian when a relative passed away at an assisted living facility (ALF). The covid rules prevented us from entering the ALF to remove his possessions. We were allowed to have movers pack everything and move it into Guardian. From there we sorted distributed and discarded. The facility is secure, clean, and convenient. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. We were able to recycle electronics and boxes on the premises. Given the circumstances, it was just what we needed.
