- Try to make monthly payment a few weeks ago and when I called them up they said that I was not in the system and that they could not help me, I asked if my car was still there and they told me again you're not in the system so we can't help you, finally I was able to locate the receipt and contract, i give them the unit number and they found me somewhere, but they told me that someone had removed me from the system and that they was not sure who or why, everything did seem to get resolved and my vehicle was still there, but something like that should not happen.
