- I switched over to Public Storage from another place because of the availability of both the office and access to your unit. I was all set up with another place but they closed their office early on a Saturday, had no Sunday hours and could only access your belongings during office hours. The Public Storage I'm using has access 7days/wk until 9pm (great for me because I usually need to get to it after 7pm due to work), and has the office open all weekend in case I need them - which came in perfectly when I needed to start my rental on a Sunday (due to the incompetence of the other place). Clean unit, easy access, good hours, good staff!

Both ladies explained process thoroughly, from contract, fob, keys, entrance, and helped me with small issues of storing items for a few minutes. They showed me how the lock worked, and helped me when I had problem first time with it. Processing was more like 10 minutes, not 20. Facility very clean. Price for unit of this side reasonable, discussed what special best for my circumstances, and I got best for me. The two ladies were pleasant, thorough, respectful and very helpful. Location on Rhawn Street excellent for Rhawnhurst, Burlholme, and Fox Chase. Excellent experience.
