- I am very happy with the service ive gotten from Romeo, the property manager of the facility. He's gone above and beyond to resolve a few issues I've had with checking in and an issue with the elevator i had yesterday. It was down and my unit is on the 5th floor. And the other elevator only goes to the 4th floor so he went with me to the 4th floor and helped me take my stuff up to the 5th floor via the back stairwell. The space is perfect for my needs as well. Im extremely happy with the unit and service I've received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend then to my family and friends.

- They say Nordstrom's has excellent customer service. I wouldn't know, since I don't shop there. But I can say this -- nobody, not even Nordstrom's, can do better than Tina and the other women at Public Storage Ivy Hill in Philadelphia. They are courteous, thoughtful, and extremely helpful. They made sure to answer my questions and review the information quickly, clearly, and politely. If I ever have a need, I will return, as well as recommend them to anybody looking for short-or long-term storage.
