- I was able to get a storage space on the spot. It was clean and in a convenient location. Price a little steep and the fact that I HAD to purchase the lock from the facility and purchase insurance whether I wanted it or not. The exit gate is broken and doesn't look like it's going to be fixed anytime soon. The drive way there is very narrow and difficult to turn large vehicles to turn back around to exit is a problem. It would be very good if that gate could be fixed as soon as possible.

- Dara was very patient and helpful with my move in. Great customer service. That being said, I do think you should include the insurance in your pricing. I didnt know until I moved in that I would need it. Also, when I called corporate initially to find out about the space, the operator gave me false information about being able to save money by having a longer term contract. In the end I felt the price almost wasnt worth it. I wish you also provided even smaller units at much less cost. That would have been perfect for me. I do appreciate the autopay for peace of mind. Again, I wish there was a discount for doing that.

- I arrived to my storage to discover it was leaking water and back wall wax damaged ( like it was kicked in from other side), so I requested to change. Luckily there was a storeroom of same size 20x25 available. Manager on site was helpful, however, they would charge me for moving, ( before I actually even moved my stuff in). There was no recourse or option because he said ‘the system ‘ requires it. I was flabbergasted but paid because I had a lot of stuff to move I. And it was freezing cold with freezing ice rain.
