- I said it all in the line above, just a good experience and the lowest price around on a 10x10. It is clean, really clean, access is good, staff were pleasant and service was fast. Second floor unit right by elevator, and access doors on first floor are right by elevator. This might better than going way down an aisle on the first floor. (I didnt think so at first, I was wrong) I am an actual customer, and do not do reviews very much, this was easy, signed up online and got a 1/2 month free. You have to buy a lock from them, its 20 bucks, that is the only other cost.

- Very thorough, showed the unit before renting to insure it was in good condition. Excellent customer service. Prices are too high in Oregon overall, and I didn't like that I had to buy yet another lock since they are switching to the in the door locks. Also having to pay rental insurance is mandatory. I think it should be optional but all storage places have it now.

- A pipe burst in one of the bathrooms and our home was effectively flooded. Fast forward a couple of days and you find is moving the contents of our home into a storage unit as per the request of the restoration team. I scrambled for storage and the call center gent was quite helpful (just forgot to mention the $20 lock you're required to purchase) and the lady at the main onsite office was great. Thank you for making a crazy stressful time alittle less stressful...at least in regard to storage.
