- Have been very happy with the service and price we received here. We were able to fit all of the overflow from our garage into a small, reasonably price space. Nice people too.

- Kimberlie did a great job solving a problem with a broken lock on the unit I wanted so I could move my stuff in right away. Otherwise I would have had to leave and come back the next day. She also worked through some obvious math errors on my initial contract that the computer program was causing somehow. Overall, great service. Tiffany showed me two places the night before, at the end of the day, and arranged to hold the one I wanted for the next day. Charity at the Corby facility called me and referred me to Allen Blvd when she found that they had a unit size that I was looking for. Corby did not have one and I was on their wait list. Overall, everyone got the job done to get me in there quickly. No reason to look anywhere else.

- This facility is very clean, had no trouble getting signed up online. They sent me a text the day before move in, of what I needed to know to get in the gate and then into the unit. I would recommend this storage facility.

- they allow people to occupy the units/live in the units. they say there is someone onsite who lives there. I never recall seeing anyone. I hate to complain but they called me back to defend the situation to tell me that under special circumstances that some people "stay" there during the day due to their living situation?? I honestly worry about someone staying there and wandering the premises. I have reported it, but worry about them possibly finding out who I am. and making us evict the unit..

- During day I filled out paperwork and returned after hours to unload a truck. To my surprise there was no carts available for use. Even after I was told there would be. I'm handicapped and can't move 1 box at a time to the 3rd floor over and over 100 times a trip. It is very inconvenient because now I have another truck coming today so I'll be backed up horribly..

- Overall good, but I am not a fan of the limited hours we have access. The office doesn't necessarily have to be open but just having access to unit. It doesn't have to be 24/7 but to be open until about 9 or 10 would be great.

The cheapest storage unit in your area may not always be the best choice. Please consider the following factors when selecting a storage unit in Oregon City, Oregon.
- Monthly rates are based on features such as 24/7 access, climate control, facility security, location, and overall demand in your area.
- For household goods, the most common storage unit sizes are 5x5, 5x10, 10x10, and 10X15. For added flexibility, some companies also offer portable mini storage units for rent for temporary residential use that can be delivered to your property or hauled by you for on-site storage.
- Many facilities offer larger unit sizes for commercial and business storage, like 10x20 or 10x30. These sizes are ideal for storing office equipment, inventory, or business records. These sizes can also accommodate vehicles, making them a great option for car storage.
- Most storage facilities require insurance for stored items. If you don’t have your own policy, you may need to buy one through the facility, adding about $15 to $50 to your storage rental cost each month. Some places also charge a refundable deposit or an administrative fee when you move in. Always ask about these costs and refund conditions before signing a lease.
- Storage facilities with flexible leases allow you to rent on a month-to-month basis. Be aware that storage unit price increases are common. Many customers say their rates go up after a few months, sometimes more than once a year. Since storage rentals are month-to-month, facilities can raise prices with proper notice. Ask about potential rate increases before committing to a unit.
- The monthly rent will also depend on whether a facility offers climate-controlled units or only drive-up units. Climate-controlled units cost more than drive-up units or storage containers.
- Most locations have digital keypad access, which provides you with your personal access code. Check with the office for availability.
- Consider drive-up access for easier loading and unloading, especially for heavy or bulky items.
- Some facilities may provide extra room or rental space for public use, such as areas for organizing or handling your stored items. Contact the property manager to confirm availability.
- Check for online reviews and recommendations.
- Ask the office about the preventive security measures for safeguarding the location.
Are there free storage deals in Oregon City, Oregon?
Many companies offer promotions for new customers, such as a free first month. Search by your zip code or distance to locate cheap storage units that come with the first month free and other decent storage discounts. Take advantage of specials if you're a first-time renter.
How do I find the cheapest storage in Oregon City?
You can sort by price, from low to high, to find affordable options on our website. Away from the city center, you have a better chance of finding inexpensive storage rental solutions. The facility's size and amenities affect the monthly price.
What is the difference between an indoor and outdoor unit?
You have easy access to your unit when it is an outdoor unit. If the unit is indoors, you must first enter the building to get to it.
What is the difference between office hours and gate hours?
The property's operating hours are during office hours. The store manager will be on duty to help you with your questions. If you have questions or need help outside these hours, look up the property's phone number to contact the leasing office directly. The gate hours determine when you can enter the property and use your unit.
