- An employee there was giving me attitude & trying to boss me around the 1st day I rented this unit. I got an approval from the higher up mgr. to park & unload at an angle. The employee was rude, dismissive & unapologetic after I told him that if someone comes, I'll gladly move my truck & I'd rather just avoid conversations like this. I ended up moving my truck just so I could continue working & setting up my unit. The Mgr. came out & discussed the matter with me & we resolved it quickly however, I told her this employee was borderline harassing me on my 1st day there. This did not make a good impression on me it was a bit disconcerting to me that a green thumb was behaving like that but I'm 45 so I understand the next generation has some lessons to learn still. I would suggest that they screen their new hires more carefully & train them to be more polite & less confrontational or get a site Mgr. to handle the issue 1st hand. Other than that I'm 95% sure that I'm going to be happy renting here. I feel that my property is safe. They do provide insurance into the cost of the unit. You can also add your own insurance which I highly suggest. The lock is 12 dollars if you don't have one. They're rates are phenomenal and I'm very happy with the service from management 🤣🥰, The other staff are very professional & polite. Grounds are spotless. Brand new facility and they have over fifty locations nationwide, family owned business. 3 Stars on customer service because of the aforementioned. 4.5 Stars All Around. This company is Definitely worth checking out & see for yourself if they will help you save $.

- I would give them more stars if there were any more. My experience overall was 100 percent positive. I have never felt so important to anyone I've done business with like I did here. Suzanne was wonderful and very friendly and what an awesome customer service experience. She went over and above what she would normally be expected to do. I didn't even end up renting after all and I was still treated with the utmost respect in every aspect. I am disabled and it's hard for me to get around and my second visit after she saw me struggling to walk, she came to me. What more can you ask for. Their prices are very reasonable and they have move in specials for new customers which are absolutely amazing. The place is clean, good atmosphere and Suzanne. ?? If you are looking to rent a storage unit where you will be treated like an important customer, look no further. Public Storage in Aloha is it. I will not even question my decision if I need a storage unit in the future because Public Storage is where it's at. You will not be disappointed.

I was a little annoyed at having to purchase a special lock and additional insurance since I have both sturdy locks and renters insurance already. I will will be canceling the insurance policy. - On line experience was great. It all fell apart when I actually started the rental. Suddenly cost was much higher. Biggest problem was fight over insurance. Essentialy I was told it was yours period. Then a bunch of noise about my insurance covering mold, mildue, vermin, etc. Supposedly to protect people around me. Finally I showed my policy, some thumbing, then OK. Manager and I then proceded on friendly terms, she told me she was doing what company required. Second unexpected was required $20 to buy their lock. My padlock was unacceptable. VERY poor quote system that is certainly not truthful. Price was your only saving grace.

- I really like square foot, You can easily see what all the storage companies in the area are charging for all different sizes of units. And then on top of that I was able to find the right facility which was security storage on TV HWY in Aloha, Which were very friendly and the place was very clean. I also was able to make an appointment right on the site. And they called within minutes of making the appointment to verify the whole thing as well as make a payment. I would highly suggest both the square foot site and security storage company.

It's never good customer service to surprise people with fees. #1 The surprise insurance coverage fee. #2 The surprise lock fee after the prep email instructed me to bring a lock, I bought one, and then found out that my standard master lock would not work in the new lockers. It seems like a pretty simple thing to mention that in your pre-move email, and I wasted time and money picking up a lock that didn't work (not to mention that new lock I then was forced to buy on site was 2x the cost).
