- I said it all in the line above, just a good experience and the lowest price around on a 10x10. It is clean, really clean, access is good, staff were pleasant and service was fast. Second floor unit right by elevator, and access doors on first floor are right by elevator. This might better than going way down an aisle on the first floor. (I didnt think so at first, I was wrong) I am an actual customer, and do not do reviews very much, this was easy, signed up online and got a 1/2 month free. You have to buy a lock from them, its 20 bucks, that is the only other cost.

- There are seven other locations closer to my house than this one. I chose it because of the price for the 5 x 10. When I’m signing up I find out I now have to pay $11 every month for insurance. I wanted to carry my own insurance but they claim it’s mandatory that I pay this insurance and use one of their locks. This was not known.

- An employee there was giving me attitude & trying to boss me around the 1st day I rented this unit. I got an approval from the higher up mgr. to park & unload at an angle. The employee was rude, dismissive & unapologetic after I told him that if someone comes, I'll gladly move my truck & I'd rather just avoid conversations like this. I ended up moving my truck just so I could continue working & setting up my unit. The Mgr. came out & discussed the matter with me & we resolved it quickly however, I told her this employee was borderline harassing me on my 1st day there. This did not make a good impression on me it was a bit disconcerting to me that a green thumb was behaving like that but I'm 45 so I understand the next generation has some lessons to learn still. I would suggest that they screen their new hires more carefully & train them to be more polite & less confrontational or get a site Mgr. to handle the issue 1st hand. Other than that I'm 95% sure that I'm going to be happy renting here. I feel that my property is safe. They do provide insurance into the cost of the unit. You can also add your own insurance which I highly suggest. The lock is 12 dollars if you don't have one. They're rates are phenomenal and I'm very happy with the service from management 🤣🥰, The other staff are very professional & polite. Grounds are spotless. Brand new facility and they have over fifty locations nationwide, family owned business. 3 Stars on customer service because of the aforementioned. 4.5 Stars All Around. This company is Definitely worth checking out & see for yourself if they will help you save $.

- On line experience was great. It all fell apart when I actually started the rental. Suddenly cost was much higher. Biggest problem was fight over insurance. Essentialy I was told it was yours period. Then a bunch of noise about my insurance covering mold, mildue, vermin, etc. Supposedly to protect people around me. Finally I showed my policy, some thumbing, then OK. Manager and I then proceded on friendly terms, she told me she was doing what company required. Second unexpected was required $20 to buy their lock. My padlock was unacceptable. VERY poor quote system that is certainly not truthful. Price was your only saving grace.

- In all honesty I am overall not happy. There was no information about needing insurance for the storage as well about brining in a certain type of lock. The lock you charged me for is overpriced. The lady that helped me was very nice and explained to me the gate hours but didn't say I needed to be off the property by then. It was said that most people pull their trucks out by then but I could still be inside finishing up. The next day I received a call from the manager of the storage facility and he was pretty rude about it saying after 9pm I HAVE to be off property. No exceptions. He didn't seem to care about what was explained to me and honestly if I hadn't just returned my moving truck I would e pulled my stuff from unit and demanded a full refund.
