- All was simple and easy to complete online. One thing that was a little frustrating was that I was delayed on moving into the unit. When I went the first time to use my unit the gate code would not work and said see manager. That's by appointment only and I was unable to do so being it was on a Sunday. So I wasted a whole day with that. Then Monday I call and the next available appointment was the following day so I had 2 basically lost days cause I could not get into my unit. And all that the appointment consisted of about 10 seconds to see my ID. That was all. I think it would be much more streamlined if it was offered to scan your ID in via hour app or email or something to that effect. Just my opnion. Would have saved me about 3 days in the middle of a very stressful time for me to move in which I was already in a time crunch. Aside from that I did have a good experience in my storage rental process and was satisfied. Thank you

- Manager seems to never be there, yet has all the time in the world to review the previous night's monitor footage. Accused my husband and myself of being up to no good because he thought we took too much time in our storage unit. (We are both middle-aged and overweight. We don't move very quickly!) Also accused our adult son of "Casing units" when all he was doing was wandering around because we didn't need his help for a time and he was bored out of his head so he just wandered around. He couldn't care less what other units held. He just wanted to get out of there to go spend time with his girlfriend. Manager seems to think he's the know-it-all for all things storage and people. I think the next time he thinks someone is taking too long with their storage, he should get off his butt and go help them out!

But when I got to the facility I was told that my monthly cost would double because I had already rented from Public Storage in another state. Raw deal. The only drawback is the few carts that are available are all being used during busy times (which wasn't that often), making it necessary to either wait for a cart to become available, or in some case we just hand carried what we moved that day.
