- I really like square foot, You can easily see what all the storage companies in the area are charging for all different sizes of units. And then on top of that I was able to find the right facility which was security storage on TV HWY in Aloha, Which were very friendly and the place was very clean. I also was able to make an appointment right on the site. And they called within minutes of making the appointment to verify the whole thing as well as make a payment. I would highly suggest both the square foot site and security storage company.

- I infrequently do reviews however this is an exception. I had submitted my online reservation and was in the process of doing the express check-in when I got a call for the local manager. I hadn't even had a chance to hit the check-in button before he called. Completing the on-line check-in made It so easy. Within the hour, we had our keys and were ready to put our items into storage. There was a minor problem with the door that the manager fixed immediately. I have yet to find anything worth complaining about thus far. Excellent service! Went with PS because it was so much easier than any other storage facility nearby. Rates were posted until many others and getting a unit as simple. A very happy customer.

- An employee there was giving me attitude & trying to boss me around the 1st day I rented this unit. I got an approval from the higher up mgr. to park & unload at an angle. The employee was rude, dismissive & unapologetic after I told him that if someone comes, I'll gladly move my truck & I'd rather just avoid conversations like this. I ended up moving my truck just so I could continue working & setting up my unit. The Mgr. came out & discussed the matter with me & we resolved it quickly however, I told her this employee was borderline harassing me on my 1st day there. This did not make a good impression on me it was a bit disconcerting to me that a green thumb was behaving like that but I'm 45 so I understand the next generation has some lessons to learn still. I would suggest that they screen their new hires more carefully & train them to be more polite & less confrontational or get a site Mgr. to handle the issue 1st hand. Other than that I'm 95% sure that I'm going to be happy renting here. I feel that my property is safe. They do provide insurance into the cost of the unit. You can also add your own insurance which I highly suggest. The lock is 12 dollars if you don't have one. They're rates are phenomenal and I'm very happy with the service from management 🤣🥰, The other staff are very professional & polite. Grounds are spotless. Brand new facility and they have over fifty locations nationwide, family owned business. 3 Stars on customer service because of the aforementioned. 4.5 Stars All Around. This company is Definitely worth checking out & see for yourself if they will help you save $.

- There are seven other locations closer to my house than this one. I chose it because of the price for the 5 x 10. When I’m signing up I find out I now have to pay $11 every month for insurance. I wanted to carry my own insurance but they claim it’s mandatory that I pay this insurance and use one of their locks. This was not known.
