- No one told me the gate was broken or that the facility is NOT 24 hours and I arrived in a uhaul and couldn’t enter and had to leave my things in the uhaul overnight in a family members drive way and return the next morning to be told by another customer that the gate is broken and you have to manually slide it open.

- A couple of months ago my unit was broken into. The thief had jacked the door up just enough for him to squeeze under and in doing so damaged the door enough as to not raise any higher. The staff at Devon had immediately notified me about this. When I got back to Yukon I went over to see what was left of my personal belongings. I was informed that the new door was on back order and will take some time. A minor inconvenience turning into a bigger problem since I can’t get in and out of the unit. One of the staff members called me (on her vacation) to reassure me that if the door isn’t replaced soon then they would assist me in getting into another unit and they even covered the expensive for the next month. I’m very happy with everyone there and they have been so open and helpful with me during this inconvenient time. Thank You to everyone at Devon of Yukon!!

- After everything the 2 public storages put me through on Reno in OKC , Angela was awesome. We are moving from Texas to Ok and my daughter and her clicked. She is very friendly, very helpful, and knowledgeable of her job. If anyone asked I would refer them to her location. But not any other public storage which was horrible. It's worth a few miles to go out the way to get to this public storage.
