- It was a different storage company that ran it when I first started. Once SpareBox took over I lost 24 hour access and customer service went down, there's no one in the office any more, maintenance issues like doors jammed, slide locks not working and the biggest is mice infestation. Customer support is not helpful and most of the time they take a report but nothing is done. They are also expensive compared to other companies in the area since they jacked up prices.

- I don't understand the prior review that says there is never anyone available. The owner lives on the property and is available by phone, pretty much 24/7. He is helpful and courteous. He called me less than 24 hours after I made the online reservation. It took me about fifteen minutes, over the phone, to have the unit rented. He assisted us when we moved in late in the day. The unit was clean and dry and the property has plenty of lighting which seems to be with motion sensors. The property is neat and clean and well organized. We have absolutely no complaints and will recommend this business to our friends.
