He compared rates for the several available storage units and even held the gate open for me so i could drive my uhaul and my car through the storage entrance. The unit itself had lighting in the hallways and the storage unit, with ceiling high spaces in the 10x10. I would 100% recommend this place. Extra Space Storage was the company I was using first, but after the tornado damage causing the building to close down for weeks, I chose this public storage norman location as a great replacement!

- Price of unit was fine. Access is limited. I prefer 24 hr access facilities. It’s an old facility. Maneuvering can be challenging with some og the longer travel trailers parked beyond boundary lines. My biggest issue is not allowing me to use my high grade padlock. Instead, you HAVE to use their lock and they charge you $22 for it. I could understand if it was a deposit i get back, but it isn’t. Now I have a junk one of a kind specific to Public Storage lock. Which means I’ll never rent from Public storage again after this one.
