- The light in our unit isnt' working, and we didnt' realize the issue until we needed a light. lol Also the floors couldve been swept alot alot better, I would gladly sweep them if had acess to a floor broom, but everytime Ive gone to facility there is no one there. - I love the fact that it is accessible without having to wait for a staff person, but it should be open later, not necessarily 24-hours a day, but more hours in case something comes up. The price online states the price includes the lock, but when you sign up they charge for the lock separately and then charge a mandatory insurance and extra fees on top of all that. So its not the advertised price. Still a good deal, but they should be more upfront about their pricing and change their website so it doesn't say the lock is included.

- No one told me the gate was broken or that the facility is NOT 24 hours and I arrived in a uhaul and couldn’t enter and had to leave my things in the uhaul overnight in a family members drive way and return the next morning to be told by another customer that the gate is broken and you have to manually slide it open.
