- They advertise office hours there is no office no people. I explained I want to look at the size of the unit before I rent it. They say that's not possible because there are no people on site. Makes me furious. I went there based on the online page advertising office hours. There is no OFFICE. They gave me a lot of run around spent time on hold only to learn. There are no people there. I'm so tired of misleading information with businesses.
