- Overall I love the facility, but my issue is that they advertise that it's half off the first two whole months but then they tack on a $30 one time admin fee and they require us to have mandatory insurance....so instead of the anticipated $20 plus tax it was $55. And right now I barely had that to pay! Overall the facility is nice and clean so that's a plus but also, first we went to another location on SW a and it didn't go all the way up to my unit number so I had to call the front desk and they informed me that there was in fact TWO locations on the same street. Close to each other but still confusing
