- First of all, the RV space to which I was assigned was cramped between two other trailers. The yellow parking bumpers with the assigned numbers were just sitting on the ground (not secured to the ground). Therefore, people could move them to create more space. In Oct of 2020, I had an RV service company come to the site to winterize my trailer. I then noticed that someone had hit my trailer bending the retractable awning mounting brackets. I immediately notified the management of the situation. I was contacted by the company attorney who informed me that they would not give me any information as to who had occupied the space next to mine and had caused the damage.I notified the Tulsa county sheriff and made a report of the hit and run. The deputy who made the report contacted me the next day and advised that the property had no record of the party that occupied the adjacent space. The damage to my trailer was $2600.00 and I am considering filing suit. Hence the 1 star rating.

I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO MY INSURANCE IS WHO I PAID FOR OVER 2 YEARS BECAUSE THEY LIED TO ME AND GAVE ME A BOGUS PHONE NUMBER AND I WAS TOLD BY THE DISTRICT OF OKLAHOMA MANAGER THAT I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO CALL ANY OF THE STORES TO GET THAT INFORMATION OR IT WOULD BE CONSIDERED HARASSMENT!!! I THINK I NEED TO GET AN ATTORNEY AND ALSO DO ANOTHER POLICE REPORT BECAUSE I SAW THE PROPERTY MANAGERS HUSBAND TALKING TO SOME BUM THAT WAS LIVING ON SITE AND WAS THERE THE LAST TIME I SAW ON MY STUFF IN MY STORAGE!!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE ACCOUNTABLE AND NOBODY IS NOBODY'S EVEN GIVING ME THE CORPORATE OFFICE INFORMATION AND EVERYONE'S JUST TREATING IT AS A LITTLE GAME I'M PISSED I AM AT A LOSS HERE MY STUFF WAS STOLEN FROM ME AND VANDALIZED AND THIS PROPERTY MANAGER ALLOWED MY UNIT TO BE OPEN KNEE HIGH FOR OVER 2 MONTHS I THINK THAT'S HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE AND ILLEGAL FOR HER TO DO THIS!!!

- I rented a 10x10 unit on 2/21/24 and filled it maybe half way, and when I returned on Sat 2/24 found a different lock on my unit. Management cut it off and found everything in disarray and obviously belongings stolen. The security cameras had been spray painted. No one was working on Fri due to staff shortages and the exit gate was left open the entire time I was there, even after hours on Weds.
