- If you book a unit online, it's very cheap! But in you do it instore, the cost is a little steep. Also, the place was clean and quiet, but I didn't see any security guards or anything. That would have made me feel a little more safe. However, the locks that they perfer you use are quite resistant, so theres less of a chance of having a break in occur.

- We signed up online for a Cube Smart climate controlled unit 2 weeks ago. This Cube Smart facility is only 2 years old. It is clean and well maintained. It is open 6 AM to 10PM. Access code is necessary to enter/exit facility and to enter the building. All units are ground level. Climate control is offered at the standard 55 degrees in winter and 80 degrees in summer. Bright LED motion detection lighting in the hallway and a light in the individual unit. Electrical box is accessible in the hallway. Unit door opens like a garage door. There are wide driveways between buildings. One hand truck is available per building but you may have to go look for it. An assortment of packing materials such as boxes, tape, etc. are available in the office. Before we officially moved in and paid our administrative fee we met the on sight office manager, Cynthia. She showed us the unit we would be renting. Cynthia was very pleasant, friendly and answered all of our questions both prior to and since renting and moving items to our unit. We would definitely recommend this storage facility.

- The Morse road location seems to have the best rates of any Public Storage location in Columbus. They had the $1 move in special for the size unit I needed. The lady at the counter was very helpful in answering any questions and she did a good job in explaining all the regulations and rules. - I got my storage on Friday as I left from paying for the facility I was told that the lady working was going to take the public storage lock off since I was going to be providing my own! She told me that I can use any type of lock I would like, this was after checking and double checking that I didn't need a cylinder lock! I rent a moving truck Saturday load all of my belongings and head to the storage only to get there and find the lock was not removed and I was unable to get to my unit! After calling the customer service line I found out if a "lock on at all times" policy and since it was after office hours I would now have to keep this uhaul full of my stuff until the next day and call the office to speak to them! The next day comes and I call them at 9:10am (they open at 9) no answer of course so I leave a message explaining the situation and ask someone to please call me back, I wait til noon with NO call!!! I then call again and finally get someone who advise me she is there until 5 and will take the lock off when I arrive! We get there with and the lock is removed as promised this time! We unload and find that the pad lock we have bought isn't securing the door, there is a piece missing to the door that isn't stopping the lock part from sliding open!!! We then call to be told that we have to have a cylinder lock only that is $20! On top of the lock we already bought and can not return cus it's opened, the uhaul and all the extra gas and mile we are going to have to pay for the 1st inconvenience the evening before!!!!! We had a HORRIBLE experience with this storage experience and have had to pay way more money than expected!!!! Also inside our unit there are some random metal pieces sticking out preventing us from using the entire space we have rented!!!!!
