- We signed up online for a Cube Smart climate controlled unit 2 weeks ago. This Cube Smart facility is only 2 years old. It is clean and well maintained. It is open 6 AM to 10PM. Access code is necessary to enter/exit facility and to enter the building. All units are ground level. Climate control is offered at the standard 55 degrees in winter and 80 degrees in summer. Bright LED motion detection lighting in the hallway and a light in the individual unit. Electrical box is accessible in the hallway. Unit door opens like a garage door. There are wide driveways between buildings. One hand truck is available per building but you may have to go look for it. An assortment of packing materials such as boxes, tape, etc. are available in the office. Before we officially moved in and paid our administrative fee we met the on sight office manager, Cynthia. She showed us the unit we would be renting. Cynthia was very pleasant, friendly and answered all of our questions both prior to and since renting and moving items to our unit. We would definitely recommend this storage facility.

- Never rented a storage unit before. Like the ease of entry to our storage, security from break-in, and the condition of the units. Be sure to fill out paperwork online. The office calls and sets up an appointment with you. Just a couple of hiccups. First I made the appointment for 10 am. Then two minutes later, I received an email changing it to 10:30. Second, when we arrived at 10:30, our time slot to finish the paperwork was given to a drop-in. I was told rentals were ONLY by appointment. The employee working had not looked to see if there were appointments for the day and gave our slot away and made us wait. Do not appreciate that at all.

- Mona was very patient and had noticed there were a couple of times I’ve change the move in date. I was running away from my abusive ex and she was already waiting an extra 15 minutes after closing since I had no idea that day the office closed at 12:00 p.m. I’m unfortunately a domestic violence victim and when I sent her a text explaining how my ex had no clue of anything but noticed I was moving some things to a storage unit. He insisted on driving me and had already messed up major events in my life by driving and getting lost. I’m afraid on this day even though my mother had also just passed away he could not hide his selfish ways and tried to make me miss my already late appointment. I even told him that it’s the last one and how badly I needed some of my things put away since my stuff started missing all of the sudden. The stuff I have left is ALL I got he knows I’ve lost everything since my last ex decided to give away all of my things just because I had enough of his abuse as well. I of course never made it to the BMV that morning because he again made me miss my appointment and was ready willing to give his instead Mona caught on fast and advised me to bring my ID the next day of course all so quietly! I have been praying for an angel for years now or someone with some compassion! I had lost so much faith in humanity and I promise you I have been fighting for them all my life and yet I’ve never had one person really show me how to much they care for me. Mona not only made me smile for the first time in months she reminded me that although this horrible time in my life seems like it’s going to never end it’s truly not the case! Shoot! I’ve been trying to get a storage unit for the last 2 years! Although it took a long time I now have it and soon I’ll be off to my brand new start and brand new life and all because Mona showed me that she had my back! She made a major impact on me that day!
