- Very happy this far after a weeks time. Would highly recommend. Only complaint is that the ceiling materials in units are wire mesh so break in would be easy. But, then again ( locks are for honest people) Meaning if a thief wants in any storage unit they are easy to access. As long as the facility is monitored, I think all is well. It’s not like I have a treasure chest of gold in my unit. Lol. Still, great facility!!!!

It was difficult to find any available local units, but FSS had a 10x20, which was perfect. We used it for ten months while our house was being built. We did not need to access the unit regularly, so I can’t say how that experience is. We only moved in and out, with maybe two visits in the interim to grab an item or two. Unit was clean and dry. No bugs or evidence of vermin that we saw. (Another unit we rented at a facility in a different city had popcorn ceiling falling down all over our stuff, but Franklin was so clean in comparison.) The facility itself is a bit older, but the owners are rehabbing it. They put a new roof the building on while we were renting. They offer online payments and you can set up autopay with a credit card, which is handy, so you don’t forget to pay and incur late fees. The folks were great to work with, and they can text you if you prefer that method of communicating. We had a misunderstanding about our move out date, but Tammy was very gracious about it and didn’t penalize us. Definitely recommend this place as it’s on a quiet road and very convenient to I-75. Overall good experience.

- I made a reservation online but when I went in to do the paperwork and pay for my unit she wanted a few hundred dollars up front when I told her it had the promotion for the first month free she hesitated to fix it, then she changed it so the first month would only be around $50 because of fees and insurance, when I viewed the contract she sent to my email, she put it in for the more expensive unit that was the same size but more expensive so it was not the one that I reserved when I pointed it out she said oh well now the computer probably won't give you that first month free if we change it to the other one so I told her I would go somewhere else took my money back and left because I was so upset how can you quote someone a price and then try to charge them more and not give them the promotion they were told they would get. Extremely unprofessional is an understatement!

- This is the fourth place which I used storage in the area due to having students attend the University of Dayton and being out of town. This is by far the most efficient, friendliness, and cleanest of the four areas. It is a new facility so naturally it has a step up on cleanliness. But Becca at the front desk is very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I will come again now that I have a second student attending UD. With the lock included in the administration cost, this also was a pleasant surprise. Usually you get stuck with an over priced lock purchase which is required to fit the specific facility.
