- I did an online reservation, with a move-in date one week away. They literally started calling me 2-3x/day about the reservation. I would politely tell them that yes, I would be there next Monday to set everything up. After the third or fourth day of this, and ignoring several calls, I finally told them I would be there next Monday and continuing to call me was telephone harassment. Additionally, the email that I got said that the facility admin fee was $25 but it was $29 and they refused to honor the amount in the email, claiming that they were "unable to adjust it in their system" and "it has been wrong for a while now." If the price wasn't right, I would have immediately found another company to work with that was less annoying.
