- Website offers the option to reserve online. It took my credit card info, then ghosted me. On Monday, I got a call and was able to set it up over the phone. The customer service guy was not able to send a link for the app to my phone. Once I got the app on the app store, I was able to set it up, but not link my wife's phone. Once we arrived, we were able to get in the gate, and into the storage facility (indoor). The unit that was promised had a lock on it. Since it was 7:30pm, the answering service had to reach out to management. Two phone calls, and nearly a half hour later, I was given permission to take a neighboring unit. It sounds like they need to work the bugs out of the automated system. It would be a good idea to have someone that help available until they figure these issues out. The units appeared clean and well kept. The price is lower than other nearby facilities.
