Facility was locked and no one there (due to COVID) Called th number I had - gate open drove to the storage garage - viewed it - liked it - then handled all the transactions over the phone. all took about 10-15 minutes. The stored some items - locked the unit and left. Julie and another lady that day from the rte 3 Maineville Deerfield storage were outstanding.

They up the storage pricing about every 3 months and they charged my bank account at least 3 times a month and took at least a week to refund my money. There was a leak in my unit that caused mold. There is never anyone available when needed and the service was not professional.

- Have used Public Storage in the past - this time is for a very short period of a month...Everything has been fine throughout the starting period...if there is one issue - once the lock is opened and removed...sliding that mechanism to open the door is extremely difficult - not sure if it was bent or what the situation is but it takes a good 5 minutes to get it to slide left to gain access into the actual unit....that would be my only complaint...and I believe it's just this particular unit...

- I couldn't agree more with Reginald Denney's review. In less than one year I have experienced TWO price increases, the last being 12%. ??? They did this simultaneously with suddenly demanding documented proof of property insurance. My guess is that both are reactions to possibly having a sizeable liability judgment against them. My ins. agent agreed that it sounded like a possibility. (But why punish the rest of us???) If this is the case, it certainly wouldn't surprise me, as there have been MANY times I've driven by to see the gate all the way up with no customers triggering it! I reported this on a couple occasions but it keeps happening. Isn't this why we're paying more, for gated security?? I have also experienced failed attempts to run my credit card, followed by an apology for having to call about it. The best thing I have to say about Milford Self-Storage is that it's very clean. I don't plan to stay at this facility much longer.
