- I just recently moved and used this facility for a small storage unit as well as the moving truck. Everything was in great shape and I felt safe in the facility. We showed up late and they let us keep the truck longer than scheduled which was great. You do need insurance though so I would look into what your homeowner's insurance covers before purchasing additional at the facility.

- To be honest I am a new renter of a small unit at this facility so my review is very limited simply because my expieriences here are practically just beginning.However i can admit that the registration process for me was very easy and relatively fast. 90% of it can be completed online and is self explanatory. One other cool thing is they claim to have a drawing every month consisting of the reviews left by renters. if yoiu leave an review your automatically entered for a drawing to recieve a 250$ gift card for amazon if your drawn. (possibly could have motivated this review considering my limited expieriences thus far, the stradegy seems to be effective)

- A 10x10 unit should be a flat 35/Month. No other fees or charges of any kind. With all the added charges and forced insurance on unit; not much purpose having any unit for long term use. It's as if the company is telling its customers to go frantically figure out where to put your stuff in the near future as quickly as possible and they do not care to have your business. I can see why storage companies are becoming more and more empty all over Columbus. No value.
