- When I first started looking into getting storage units closer to where I live.. This company called Sparefoot kept popping up, almost like it was forcing me to notice them..LOL I almost thought it was a scam of some sort at first, The prices were unbelievable !.... So I proceeded, and found it was legit and totally in my favor... Finally.. It felt like somebody was on my side !! I actually rented three differentt size units ! When moving day came, I met with Tina, over at Valley Storage, and she welcomed me with open arms and made me feel great.. She was helpful in helping me find all the space I needed" and the transactions went very smooth and quick, and I was on my way ! I cannot thank Sparefoot AND Valley Storage for being there when I needed them most, and with extra help in financing and caring. .. So a great big THANKYOU !!!! I will definitely recommend both of you....

- Only use this place if you don't mind having your things covered in mold. The manager's reaction when made aware of the problem? "I don't need this today." We have used another storage unit in the past and NEVER had this problem. The other place was even an outdoor unit! Our things were stored correctly, so there is no excuse for this "climage controlled" unit to end up like this.

I met 3 staff members & all were great & very accommodating. I’m sure every facility deals with pests at one point. This facility is only a year old. Hoping attention is given regularly & facility is sprayed often.
