- To be honest I am a new renter of a small unit at this facility so my review is very limited simply because my expieriences here are practically just beginning.However i can admit that the registration process for me was very easy and relatively fast. 90% of it can be completed online and is self explanatory. One other cool thing is they claim to have a drawing every month consisting of the reviews left by renters. if yoiu leave an review your automatically entered for a drawing to recieve a 250$ gift card for amazon if your drawn. (possibly could have motivated this review considering my limited expieriences thus far, the stradegy seems to be effective)

- It was a very easy move from the facility in Plain City to the New Storage here in Columbus! The Property Manager was very Professional. She showed a genuine concern for my "ease" of moving in. I had to have a larger unit and that was no problem at all. Just 9 dollars more a month. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone who needs a safe, clean and well kept Storage Place.
