- Unfortunately not the cleanest of well kept facility, could use updating and repair. Rented a small unit for a short couple months while we move to the area and only storing glass, wood and misc stuff thank goodness because the units are very musty and damp smelling. Got locked into the facility (main gate) as the gate would not work, tried calling the company multiple times on Saturday night with no luck. Figured out to bypass the system so we could exit, so I hope the fix it.

- 1. Price increased from $143 to $175 back in December, but that was doable. 2. Emptied the unit almost one year later, and the roof had leaked. Had to throw out three chairs, a queen mattress with a split foundation, and a couple of twin xl mattresses. When you sign the lease, you sign off on water/ mold damage and so there is no legal recourse. BUYER BEWARE!!

- I just moved in last week and have no complaints, the unit is true to size and prices are good to start but I can't speak to how the service and prices will be over time. It's important to note that the price you are quoted is not going to be your monthly bill because insurance is required which is at least $9/month. I would have liked to know that ahead of time but overall I am still satisfied with the price. I ran into a neighboring tenant who had been there longer and had some issues where they were abruptly asked to switch units, but I don't know any details beyond that and hope it is not common.
