- After experiencing loosing my possessions in a fire I needed a break from all the paperwork and running around. I went to the Tuckahoe storage and was treated with kindness, patience and respect for my troubles. Errol took care of me and went out of his way to be helpful. I was so happy to see him come up again to help me find my way. He heard me pushing my cart from downstairs and knew I was going down the wrong aisle. He kindly came to my rescue. - LifeStorage is located 15 minutes from my daughter's campus. Without the ability to Google, we would've settled for any one of the four closer storage facilities. From the initial call to reserve, right up until the time we headed back home to DC...the LifeStorage staff were knowledgeable & professional. The biggest factors to consider however are their awesome rates, the cleanline As of the building and overall security measures of the property!!! Needless to say, we are happy summer renters!!!

- First time renting a storage unit.... I had no idea what to expect at first. This facility is the cheapest in Yonkers by about $30/m. When I arrived I was greeted by Marissa and Anahjae. They were both super friendly which really helped me calm down. This move has been really stressful and finally I one phase of it was awesome. Anahjae showed me the unit I would be renting. She also showed me how to use the pin pads at the gate and Elevator. She even gave me tips on how to navigate the floor plan easily. Anahjae explained everything to me with ease and in full detail. She knew the answer to all my questions and even gave great suggestions. When we returned to the office to fill out the paper work I spared Anahjae from my million questions and Marissa was able to answer all my questions fully as well. Im so glad I was able to find a facility with great pricing and great customer service. Because of those two ladies I have no issue recommending this facility to my friends and family.

- I am leaving this review as a new customer who is very satisfied so far, and the fact that this is a new facility which is still clean (immaculate, actually). In 6 months to a year from now, I'd like to review this facility again so I'm saving this email. But so far the price is extremely reasonable (let's see if they raise it every 6 months or so like the other facilities do). The customer service was excellent. I think I dealt with Kelvin (can't remember his name) but he was very nice and knowledgable. The storage units, elevators, garage, and hallways are all very clean. It is easy to access with a key fob. The carts are new and work great.
