- Everyone was very nice and professional. My only complaints are that the units in the front of the building do not have access through the front door. You have to go in the gate (with code), in the side door (with code), and then walk around to the unit. That made it very inconvenient to load. Also, the front of the building closest to the door is marked off with lines for no parking. Not easy to load and unload.

The staff when informed, was apologetic and polite. From my initial contact with said staff, he was warm, courteous and professional.

- I like the convenience of the drive through building. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I would recommend this facility. The price and convenience is great. There should be more carts at every door, or chained up so that people don't steal them. The bathroom should also be cleaned and repaired with a lock put on it. I avoid using public bathrooms but if I ever have to it would be nice if it was clean and private.

- The place is clean, brightly lit, and the workers were incredibly friendly, and helpful. That being said, I wasn't happy that the great deal I got on this site was only valid for 4 months. This is my first storage unit, and I am not sure of the norm here, but 4 months seems like a short time. By the time I fill up this unit, it will be time for an increase and now adds stress. I don't know what the increase will be, and when you are on a budget the unknown price hike makes me apprehensive. Other than that, Dan and Nick were really personable, and attentive. The place is bright and shiny. I am hoping that the increase will be manageable so that we can continue to do business together.
