- Emily and Jazmin were great. I am handicap, that said the staff helped me get a unit on the first floor next to the entry door and assisted me in how to use the lock and storing some items. The place is very clean, nice lighting, conveniently located and with handicap parking next to the entry doors. The staff is FANTASTIC. The girls are helpful, kind, patient and knowledgeable. Thank you Emily and Jazmin for making my experience a delight!!!

- My only issue is that I booked one thing online with a certain type of description and when I got there she told me this is what I booked. My description still in my hand with the confirmation says roll up door climate controlled but I was taken to a locker and not the unit. Ended up having to upgrade to what I already booked and paying more monthly.

- LifeStorage is located 15 minutes from my daughter's campus. Without the ability to Google, we would've settled for any one of the four closer storage facilities. From the initial call to reserve, right up until the time we headed back home to DC...the LifeStorage staff were knowledgeable & professional. The biggest factors to consider however are their awesome rates, the cleanline As of the building and overall security measures of the property!!! Needless to say, we are happy summer renters!!!
