- Move in pricing was higher than anticipated. Administration fee plus must purchase a lock from Public Storage. No body was at the facility during their normal business hours. Once able to gain entrance spent more time driving throughout the facility looking for my assigned storage locker. Things don't always go as smooth as we would like but at the end of the day I was able to access the locker. Albeit, a little frustrated.

- I found the employees to be extremely helpful and easy to work with! The facility seems very secure and clean. The rates are well below other comparable facilities yet it may be because the customer must add an insurance policy to the items that they store here. They sell it to you and it is expensive for example I claimed the value of my items to be a mere $2,000 (the lowest they allow) and that raised my monthly rate by $11 and change! Not thrilled about the hidden cost!
