- I walked in to the office at the Public Storage facility in Spring Valley NY when I was immediately asked if I needed help. Every question I had was answered and explained. I was given a tour of the facility and received an explanation of how the gates worked. Within minutes I knew that this was the place for us so I reserved a 5 x 10 unit. Before I left everything was explained pertaining to our agreement. I would highly recommend Public and the sales person Jay for his careful presentation.
