- The manager onsite was great. The units were great, but the 10 x 20 isn't 20". It's 17'8", which makes a difference. You have to take insurance which adds at least $11 to the unit. The exit at the Nesconset location needs a landscaper desperately. The bushes hang over and scratch your car leaving. It's a nice place for what it is, just needs a little TLC outside.

- The manager was very pleasant until I signed the contract. Upon moving in I wanted to use the 2 available moving carts. I was told I could only use one cart/dolly as per customer policy even though it was 1/2 hour before closing and the second cart remained locked up and unused. I was also charged 20.00 for a three dollar lock, and the manager was very pushy with the up-sale items such as boxes, blankets, bubble wrap, moisture control devices, etc. I was also shocked that my 10x10 storage unit has no roof. Anybody can climb over the walls during off hours and rummage through my things. I'm stuck now because I'm not moving twice, but I would never use Public storage again.
