From the minute we entered the facility we were met with a warm welcome and offered assistance. The front desk agent was very familiar with the check in process for new customers. A large loading bay with plenty of moving carts provided the perfect access for us to unload our truck in front of the elevator to the upper floors. The entire process was easy and quick.

- In October I visited the Safe Guard Facility @ 1176 Broadway In Hewlett NY Spoke with Carlos & Reserved A 10x10 Unit to use when I moved to NY on November 17 2012 The day before I was scheduled to arrive I was called by Carlos to say they would not be able to keep the unit for me NOT EVEN 1 DAY HE CLAIMED HE WAS CALLED BY HIS CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS AND TOLD TO LET IT GO AND HE SAID HE HAD TO ABIDE BY THE RULES OF THE PEOPLE WHO WRITE HIS CHECK!!! tHANK GOD I WAS ABLE TO CALL ANOTHER COMPANY AND GET HELP SINCE MY THINGS WERE ALREADY PACKED AND READY TO COME TO NY FROM VIRGINIA I PERSONALLY THINK THESE PEOPLE ARE SCUM!!! AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS.
