The representative wasnt very knowledgeable in operating his computer which took longer and another associate had to help him out. The price for the locker was a bit steep even with the discount. My moving day was one of those where everything that could go wrong did, so I am forever grateful to have been helped by Miriam and Jerea. They were so helpful and friendly and definitely saved the day! I have used Public Storage a few times before and in different cities, but this location has been my best experience, especially as it relates to customer service and professionalism.

- I like the convenience of the drive through building. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I would recommend this facility. The price and convenience is great. There should be more carts at every door, or chained up so that people don't steal them. The bathroom should also be cleaned and repaired with a lock put on it. I avoid using public bathrooms but if I ever have to it would be nice if it was clean and private.

- This location is a good location, its hard to find if your not familiar with the streets. The employees are nice they can and will help you. The best thing to do before purchasing a space is going into he location and looking at the sizes first. The only thing is the bathroom is always having an issue. I don't recommend taking a space close to the restroom. When you go in make sure you ask for Thai & Dee, these young ladies are the best. Thanks Dee for waiting for us to finish unload!!!!! These two ladies are the reason why I took the space.
