- I live in a 250 sq foot studio, needless to say i always need some extra space. I was happy to find something close to home and affordable, i have a smaller unit that’s 5x5 but it’s more then enough space for all my camping gear and seasonal storage. The people at this location were very helpful when i wanted to move from one locker to a closer to the elevator . The facility is really clean and easy to navigate. I also like the option to have my locker at a nice temp all year around so none of my items mold

- Not much else to add beyond the title. I had a lovely experience with the staff, a very smooth check-in experience, and a great time loading my stuff. It truly couldn't have been much better of an experience, short of being provided with a foot massage after loading up my items. The area is easy to find parking at, and the loading space has plenty of room. There are also large dollies you can use (for free) to bring your stuff up to your locker. The facility is kept nice and cool, and is VERY secure. They haven't had a security incident for as long as the manager has been working there, because they are staffed while the gate is open (once the staff leaves, the large gate locks), and each person has a unique code that provides them with access to their floor. Great job guys!

- Hana, Daphne, and Alexis were super helpful and friendly! They answered all my questions in a timely and professional manner and were a pleasure to work with. The total rental process took under half and hour and I left happy! When I actually moved my stuff into my container I was frustrated to find that there were a very limited number of carts on-site, and since they were all in use it made moving in somewhat difficult. Alexis was there that day and was extremely helpful, though, so that made me feel better! My only other complaint is the short hours on weekends - you'd think that would be when a storage facility had extended hours but this one is only open until 4:30pm. I feel like the description for 4 stars - "decent treatment" - doesn't accurately reflect my experience because I received wonderful treatment, but I also don't think that the description for 5 stars - "no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone" - overlooks my concerns regarding the move-in process and access hours. If I was rating this company based solely on the people it would get 5 stars.
