- Overall I loved the staff they were great and Manager. Very pleasant and helped me with all my needs. Only two things I do not like and I figured this has to do with security. One thing was punching in my code to get in to the facility. The motion doors close so quickly and I have to run for the cart to get in or keep it so close to the motion doors. They close very fast. Also with the elevator is the same issue. Try to put my stuff in the elevator and doors alreqdy closing. I have to punch the code in to then run in to press the floor. Sometimes i did not make it on either and had to do it again. Two is not having after hours at the facility. I noticed some locations have those hours and some do not. This one does not have it but even though they did not have the after hours it was better for me bc it is closer to home with climate control. This past Saturday the 21st I unfortunately got to the facily at 3pm and they closed at 5pm. I had a lot of stuff to unpack with help from a 20foot truck uhaul. I was unable to do that which forced me to reload the truck becasue they were closing. The staff was accommodating and gave me some extra time to finish what i was doing and re pack my truck to leave. While they did the walkthrough of the facility before leaving. Thank you for taking the time to listen. Hope all is well and be safe. i know these are trying times being a forst responder as well.

- I am only leaving a one star review because of the office manager, Ebe. I received a call from the store manager telling me that the trash cans outside the life storage place aren't really trash cans and to come back and take the trash that I left in there. Instead of letting me know in a normal, calm way, she gave me a big attitude and was yelling at me over the phone. I have never been so insulted as I was tonight. I finished the phone call in tears. Her name is Ebe and she is a horrible employee. I will be filing an official complaint against her.

- I had a fantastic experience with this particular location. I was in a bind and needed a small storage unit at the most cost-effective price and at the last minute. I went online and was able to reserve a unit at no cost. Within 30 minutes I was able to speak with a representative on the phone and then go to the site to visit it. It was just as advertised and they were running a special to get my first month and at a great rate. I was able to move my stuff in the next morning and the entire staff went out of their way to see me right before they closed and right as they opened the next day. They were very courteous, kind, and very professional.

- The reservation process was easy. I reserved thru a 3rd party site but I did make contact with the location directly and they were helpful. It would be nice if they had an interface that helped you better determine (visually) the unit size and how to sleep pack the items. If they do have that, I did not find it. Otherwise I am happy with the unit.
