- When I went there they showed me storage on the second floor for my pricing which was ok until I saw the floor. It has holes and lifts up it was so unsafe and scary to me. The rooms have wood and pipes that take up space so your not getting the sq foot that you pay for.

- 1)Staff is relatively friendly and they do their jobs for the most part 2) I switched units, from a smaller unit to a larger unit. I wasn't offered a promotion because I was a current customer (I thought you should try to retain customer relationships, instead I felt like I was being penalized for being an existing loyal customer) 3) The unit i switched to is isolated in a wing of the building that has one elevator. The elevator was taken out of service while I am currently moving things. It took my son and I nearly three hours to move six 9ft storage posts up the staircase on Monday 3/8. 3hrs! I have 48 pallets coming from California this week and I am praying the elevator will be fixed by then. The manager, Felicia did offer to accommodate my freight in another unit until the elevator is fixed (Which is greatly appreciated) However, I was NOT OFFERED A DISCOUNT ON THE RENT FOR THE INCONVENIENCE!!! 4) Extremely COLD up on the 6th floor, especially on cold weather days. NO HEAT AT ALL... Freezing! 5) Lastly, not happy with the fact that this storage facility is only open until 7pm weekdays and 5/6pm Weekends. This is why I wouldn't recommend anyone to this facility. It's in a very convenient location for me, but the hours are horrible, especially for a working person. I have to rush there after work, to try and get things done. Terrible inconvenience

- I came by with a carload of materials I had received for my non profit as a donation. Needing a last minute storage, this location was not only the least expensive (by far), but also extremely clean and convenient. I was greeted by the staff member Brittany, and the manager Tina. They not only made my move in quick and easy, but even helped me to make sure I found my space and was moved in comfortably and quickly. The location is extremely clean, very well lit and has carts and elevators for easy moving. I was dreading finding storage, and was so extremely pleased and surprised at the incredible customer service experience and facilities. Highly recommend to anyone looking for storage!!!

Also,The young lady working the desk @ the Merrick blvd location Was rude & disrespectful and very unprofessional.she stated that the online representatives don't know what the prices are @ the locations. which I thought thats not good for Cube smart business. how is it the onlinerepresentative suggested this location based on my zip code & not know the prices of the location she's referring a customer to.

On move-in day, Amari was super nice and helpful, and in spite of him being berated by another (extremely rude) customer,while he was assisting me, he gave me the time and attention I needed.
