- 1)Staff is relatively friendly and they do their jobs for the most part 2) I switched units, from a smaller unit to a larger unit. I wasn't offered a promotion because I was a current customer (I thought you should try to retain customer relationships, instead I felt like I was being penalized for being an existing loyal customer) 3) The unit i switched to is isolated in a wing of the building that has one elevator. The elevator was taken out of service while I am currently moving things. It took my son and I nearly three hours to move six 9ft storage posts up the staircase on Monday 3/8. 3hrs! I have 48 pallets coming from California this week and I am praying the elevator will be fixed by then. The manager, Felicia did offer to accommodate my freight in another unit until the elevator is fixed (Which is greatly appreciated) However, I was NOT OFFERED A DISCOUNT ON THE RENT FOR THE INCONVENIENCE!!! 4) Extremely COLD up on the 6th floor, especially on cold weather days. NO HEAT AT ALL... Freezing! 5) Lastly, not happy with the fact that this storage facility is only open until 7pm weekdays and 5/6pm Weekends. This is why I wouldn't recommend anyone to this facility. It's in a very convenient location for me, but the hours are horrible, especially for a working person. I have to rush there after work, to try and get things done. Terrible inconvenience

- Good hygienic practices is extremely important to me. With thay said, the locker I was given had garbage left back inside of it. Hence, it is fair to deduce it was not cleaned prior to being reassigned. I was very displeased by that but in hindsight, I thanked the person for leaving refuse behind because perhaps I'd have been given an unclean locker. The staff when informed, was apologetic and polite. From my initial contact with said staff, he was warm, courteous and professional.

- Getting to the facility didn't go as planned so I arrived at about 4:30pm and I knew they closed at 5pm. The young lady Rita was very helpful she showed me my unit, explained the terms conditions and answered all my questions with out making me feel like she was rushing me or trying to get me out. She was very sweet and helpful, after a long stressful day I am glad I made the right choice by storing at your facility.

- You guys saved me money on upgrading to a bigger size storage unit. I've been a Cubesmart customer since 2021 but unfortunately they couldn't accommodate me with a reasonable price for a bigger storage unit. SecureSpace Self Storage came through with a bigger size unit for a reasonable price that same day. I stopped by this location yesterday by 1pm which Robert showed me more then a couple of options with great discount prices and regular pricing. Thks Rob for taking your time and showing me around the facility and the options. After picking what I needed Rakeem/Rob negotiated the pricing and discount which was perfect for me. Cubesmart is all and great but overpriced and it's because they have no competitors. BUT ! SecureSpace Self Storage can beat those prices for sure. Moved in the same day right after finalizing and exchanging documents. Moving in was a breeze. Thk you guys again for the professionalism. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and anyone who need a storage unit at a great price.

- Aside from the quick and easy route laid for me to get exactly what I needed the staff at th building were excellent. It seems that Kelvin and his staff mates have created a sort of zen sanctuary of vibes at a place that could be quite stressful given the moving and shifting of personal items. It wasn't like that at all for me. Only thing I will say was that you shouldn't but any boxes or tape or locks or anything of that nature because the company has the whole supply and demand pricing gouge thing going on. So prepare as much as you can. Other than that I feel greatly rewarded in my choice to use this facility over others.
