I tried by following online instructions and did not gain access because I could not receive the access code as I was told I would. - The Life Storage facility located at 1 South Street in Garden City is conveniently located, accommodating, clean, with a knowledgeable staff to assist. From the minute we entered the facility we were met with a warm welcome and offered assistance. The front desk agent was very familiar with the check in process for new customers.
